What this market video covers
Rising three methods is a five candle continuation formation, not just three small candles after a rally. Its definition includes an initial rising body, three smaller bodies contained within the first high to low range, and a fifth candle closing at a new high. Do not skip the final condition. This historical Caterpillar IEX replay uses completed five minute bars from October eighth, twenty twenty six. The first range runs from seven eighty nine point one to seven ninety six point seven seven. The next three candles remain inside that range, with smaller bodies. But the fifth closes at seven ninety four point four, below both the first close and its high. This sequence does not complete the stated formation. We are checking intraday geometry, not claiming a daily continuation signal. Keep an unfinished setup separate from a completed pattern. Historical observed market-data replay.
