Open start-here, read rules and disclaimer, and introduce yourself. Choose one learning path or market desk. You do not need to follow every channel. The first-day checklist above gives you the order.
I paid, but the paid channels are locked. What should I do?
Go to membership-access and follow the current instructions. When requested, provide WHOP or PATREON, your Discord username, and approximate join date. Staff verifies the purchase and syncs access. Do not post receipts, card details, passwords, or verification codes. If you cannot reach that room, use member-help or the website Contact link.
Does selecting an analyst unlock their paid channels?
No. Analyst notification roles control eligible role alerts. Paid-channel access depends on your membership. Turning an analyst on does not buy a subscription or unlock a room.
How do I choose which analysts notify me?
Open analyst-notifications and use My alerts first. Click Hollow, Altruism, Dustin, Avery, or XMNYNSTR to toggle that analyst on or off. Read your private confirmation; button colors are shared and do not represent your personal subscription status.
Why am I missing alerts—or still getting messages after switching an analyst off?
An analyst must mention the appropriate Alerts role for a role alert. You also need access to that channel. Check channel mutes, notification settings, role-mention suppression, device notifications, and Do Not Disturb. Mentions Only suits selective role alerts; All Messages can notify you even when an analyst role is off. Server-wide notices are separate.
Where is Hollow live? Is there a fixed schedule?
The regular destination is LIVE SESSIONS → NEW YORK. Check announcements and member-announcements for the current session or changes. Use AFTER HOURS when a special session is announced. A voice room being visible does not mean a stream is running. Follow the posted livestream participation standard.
I joined the voice room, but I cannot see or hear the stream.
Confirm you joined the announced room while the session is active. If a stream is available, select the host’s stream. Check your output device and whether you are deafened. If the issue remains, send member-help the room, time, device, and a redacted screenshot.
Which chart-request channel should I use?
The chart-request under SUPPORT is for community chart questions. The chart-request under PROMETHEUS is for bot-assisted chart reads. Use the category and the direct directory links to tell them apart. Include the exact ticker, instrument, time frame, and your question.
Where do I request TradingView indicators?
Read private-indicators and its setup PDF, then submit one request in request-indicator-access. Include your exact TradingView username, Discord username, membership platform, and requested package. Wait for approval. Never share a TradingView password or verification code. If these rooms are locked, begin with membership-access.
Why can I read a channel but cannot type in it?
Some channels are publishing or learning rooms. Their guides, alerts, and lessons are kept focused. Read the channel topic and pinned instructions; use member-help, paid-member-chat, homework-turn-in, or member-charts for the appropriate question or contribution.
Does a channel named “live” prove its latest post is current?
No. Always check the actual post’s date, observation time, instrument, and session. Read any unavailable or stale notice. An old post, an alert label, or a quiet channel does not establish current market conditions.
Can I copy a trade after an alert arrives?
Read the original idea and every update first. Check the instrument, current price, entry conditions, invalidation, and your own dollar risk. A notification can arrive after conditions change. If you missed the planned entry or cannot explain the risk, pass or practice in simulation.
Can I share screenshots or record a livestream?
Do not record, leak, repost, or resell paid HPT material, or share member logins. For your own chart practice and result posts, use the designated channel and redact personal details. Read the full rules before sharing anything outside the server.
Where do I post wins, certificates, payouts, and homework?
Use gains for trade results, funded-certificate for evaluation or funded-account certificates, payout-proof for payouts, and homework-turn-in for learning exercises. Use testimonials for your experience with HPT and member-charts for your chart analysis.
Someone DMed me offering access or asking for money. Is that HPT?
Do not trust a display name or avatar alone. The server rules say staff will not DM first asking for money, wallet access, passwords, or verification credentials. Save a redacted screenshot or message link and use report-scammers or member-help. Use official membership-access instructions.
Is there a seven-day trial? Where do I find current discounts?
The current membership-access instructions state there is no seven-day trial. Read that channel for current membership options. Use discount-codes and the relevant partner channel for offers; confirm current terms at checkout. Old messages and archived channel names do not establish a current offer.
Why does a channel link say I do not have access?
Make sure you are signed into the correct Discord account and have joined HPT. Visibility can depend on verification and membership. Follow membership-access for paid access or member-help for navigation problems. A link in this guide does not grant permission.
