HPT Member Service SMS is a recurring text-message program operated by Hollow Point Trading. Enrollment is optional and requires direct consent from the owner of the mobile number provided.
Program description
The program sends membership account and access notifications, reminders for educational sessions the recipient has registered to attend, requested support updates, and service-status notices to people who explicitly opt in.
Message scope
This SMS program does not send trade alerts, investment recommendations, instructions to buy, sell, or hold securities or derivatives, entries, exits, price targets, position adjustments, individualized financial advice, marketing, promotional messages, or general market-content broadcasts. HPT educational content does not consider a recipient's personal objectives, finances, positions, or tolerance for risk.
Opt-in and consent
You may opt in by entering your mobile number on the official HPT SMS form and selecting the separate, voluntary SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase, membership, waitlist participation, or access to any other HPT service.
Consent applies only to HPT Member Service SMS and is not transferable to another program, brand, or third party. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on membership account activity, educational sessions you registered to attend, requested support, and service status. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Check with your mobile carrier for plan details.
How to opt out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To resubscribe after opting out, reply START or use the official HPT opt-in form again.

Carrier liability
Mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
